The current version is 0.1.1. Each archive has the tokening binary, an example policy, the manuals and licence notices. Apple Silicon Macs use arm64, Intel Macs use amd64.

Check the download
Get SHA256SUMS too, then compare the hash of your archive with the matching line:

The checksums prove the file arrived intact. They aren’t a separate signature.
Unpack and run
tar -xzf tokening-linux-amd64.tar.gz
./tokening version
